Cancellation Policy
We value your business and ask that you value ours. We have set in a cancellation policy to protect the business and allow us to stay afloat. Appointments keep us running and last minute cancellations prevent us from bringing home a income. 35% of your appointment will be charged if we do not get a notice within 48 hours of cancellation. Those who do not honor our cancellation fee will have a rebooking fee which will prevent you from being serviced before paying the fee and this will not be considered to cover part of future appointments.
